Our No Cost Feeder Program
This program is in place for those who have a Male Animal that for
some reason or another has to be separated from his Mother. Sometimes due to death, illness, or if the Mother refuses to take it. These animals end up being sold. This program has no out of pocket cost for our customer. They simply fill out a few forms, drop off their animal and wait for the check to come in the mail.
It isn't quite that simple for us though. We check it in, tag it for Identification, and find it a stall for the first week. Where it will be bottle fed and get used to being handled. In the months that follow
the animal will be weaned, cut, and prepared for sale. Feeder Animals only stay with us until they reach age of slaughter. Then they are sold at the Livestock Market. Some people use this program when just wanting to cull something from the herd for whatever reason.
Our Livestock Boarding Services
If you are looking for some place to house livestock for what ever reason, give us a call. While we can house all sizes of livestock including horses and Cattle, our main focus is on small livestock such as Alpacas, llamas, goats and sheep. Great place to house 4-H projects as we lend our knowledge and help keep a watchful eye when you can't be here 100% of the time.
Our Purchase and Sale Program
If for some reason the owner just doesn't want to be bothered with the animal, they can call us and we come out and pick it up, pay the going fair market rate to the owner and take it home. There are other owners that have animals die and need to find a replacement so their Mother doesn't dry up. Those owners also come to us but they are on the purchasing end of the orphan calves.
This program also sells quality bottle babies to the local 4-H children at a reasonable price. We also buy them back if the child needs to sell it after the local fair.
Our Replacement Heifer Program
This program was made for the owner who replaces old Females in the herd or flock with their own Daughters. If an owner has a Mother die and it has a Female Baby the owner will want the Baby to replace the Mother. They will bring the animal to us and we raise it until the time it is ready to fit back into the owners herd or flock. The animals are returned to the owners weaned, bunk broke, and gentle. We even will halter break them if the owner so desires.
